Ms Therese Tierney

Therese has had more than 40 years’ experience in the health sector in CEO and senior management roles since 1994. She has been a CEO in metro Melbourne and regional Victoria and in both the private and public health sectors. Her most recent role was Chief Executive Officer of Bairnsdale Regional Health Service. In that role she was appointed to both the Health Innovation Reform Council and the Victorian Expert Panel on Aboriginal Health. Her board roles include the Continence Foundation of Australia, East Gippsland Water Corporation and the East Gippsland Marketing Board.While Therese has primarily worked in the health sector, she has also had significant involvement in local government as both a Councillor and General Manager and also worked as a consultant providing strategic and innovative solutions to challenges with business, change management, health planning and design, people and systems thinking.

Mr Ian Whitehead

Ian is an experienced Chief Executive Officer with expertise in business strategy, change management, finance and marketing. Ian has worked in financial services, health and life insurance, property, retail and distribution and technology sectors. Ian is the Chief Executive Officer of Latrobe Health Services since November 2018 and deputy chair of the Australian Regional Health Group.

Mr Ormond Pearson

Ormond has three decades of experience working in the health sector, as a CEO of public hospitals and in community health. Ormond is a Board Director of Latrobe Health Services since 2013 and is the current Board Chair since 2014.

Dr Rob Sinnett

Rob is a retired consultant Anaesthetist who has lived almost all his life in Gippsland. He was a member of the board of management of West Gippsland Hospital for 20 years during which he served 3 years as Board President.

Adjunct Associate Professor Kelly Rogerson

Kelly is a Registered Nurse commenced her career in Central Gippsland and has over 20 years’ experience in the areas of intensive care, surgical (acute, emergency and elective) community and medical nursing, workforce planning, quality systems and health care improvement, accreditation, falls and pressure injuries, clinical practice and nursing managementKelly’s work experience has included Nurse Unit Manager roles within Surgical Acute/Elective /Colorectal and mixed surgical wards. She has further experience as an Intensive Care Nurse and Registered Nurse within metropolitan and regional settings. She has provided nursing expert evidence and review since 2012.She is currently the CEO at Palliative Care South East and previous Director of Nursing at Jessie McPherson Private Hospital and an Adjunct Associate Professor Clinical Practice at Monash University.

Ms Andrea Buckland

Company Secretary since 2014, Andrea has a depth of experience in financial management, analysis and planning, process change and management of critical business transitions over a range of industries including private health insurance, technology, manufacturing and professional services.
