Nathan has over 25 years of experience as a Corporate Services Executive in the private and public sector. He is currently the Regional Finance Manager for South Eastern Victoria with the Department of Education and Training and previously worked as the GM Corporate Services at the Department of Justice and Regulation. Nathan has extensive experience in the healthcare sector serving on the Board of Latrobe Health Insurance for twelve years and as a Board Director of West Gippsland Healthcare Group (WGHG) for six years. Nathan is the Chair of the Gippsland Primary Health Network, a former Chair and independent member of their Audit Risk and Finance Committee, a former Director and member of the WGHG Audit Committee and Clinical Governance Committee and was previously on the Faculty of Education Board at Monash University. Nathan was a Director of Quantum Support Services enabling its successful merger with Melbourne City Mission. Nathan currently serves as a non-executive director of a large community health organisation. Nathan is a Fellow of CPA Australia (Certified Practicing Accountant), holds a Masters of Business Administration and is a Fellow of the AICD.

Ormond has three decades of experience working in the health sector, as a CEO of public hospitals and in community health. Ormond is a Board Director of Latrobe Health Services since 2013 and is the current Board Chair since 2014.

Peter has worked in Engineering and Information Technology fields with expertise in Project Management, Technology Change Management and business process review.  Peter is a past Board director of West Gippsland Healthcare Group where he participated in the Audit and Finance, Project Control and Clinical Governance committees.

Simon is a former Director of Medical Services of West Gippsland Healthcare Group and Chief Medical Officer of Latrobe Regional Health and is currently a Senior Paediatrician at Latrobe Regional Health and has worked in the Australian health system for over 40 years. He is currently a Board Director at Bairnsdale Regional Hospital (since 2017) where he has chaired the Quality Committee and was recently a Board Director at Neerim Health. Simon has expertise in medical administration, corporate health and clinical governance and more recently has worked in the private health and insurance sector, and having lived in regional Victoria since 2005, has a strong interest in issues facing patients and their families and health practitioners living and working in rural communities.

Angela has 30 years experience in healthcare, initially as a physiotherapist with an interest in women’s health and later in health leadership and governance roles where she has a strong focus on excellence and innovation. Her qualifications include Master of Health Service Management. She is a Certified Health Executive and Fellow of the Australasian College of Health Service Management. Angela is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Andrea is an experienced senior executive with over 12 years’ experience in Private Health Insurance, and 20 years in other industries including technology, manufacturing, and professional services. Andrea has a depth of expertise in financial strategy and management, investment strategy and management, information technology, and management of critical business transactions, with a strong background in governance, risk management and compliance. Previously Chief Financial Officer of Latrobe Health Services from 2011 to December 2021, Andrea has been the Company Secretary since 2014 and is also Company Secretary for Latrobe Private Health Services. Andrea is an Independent Member, Audit, Risk and Finance Committee, Gippsland Primary Health Network (2022) and an Independent Member, Audit and Risk Committee, West Gippsland Catchment Management Authority (2022).
