Maintenance Officer
Temporary Full Time (9 months, with potential opportunity to extend)

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Officer who will assist in the delivery of maintenance schedules, effective utilisation of resources, carry out repairs and maintain the hospital in a safe and effective manner under the direction of the CEO; performing a full range of duties.

The Maintenance Officer is an integral member of the Hospital Team. This hands on role encompasses property maintenance, administration, liaising with contractors, managers, staff and patients to maintain compliance and efficiency relating to the property assets.

Your success in this role will be your ability to use your strong relationship building skills to engage with and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders. You will possess a sound administrative skill set and be experienced in managing maintenance invoices for payment along with contract management of planned maintenance work.

Quality and Risk Assistant
Permanent Part Time
(7.5 – 22.5 hours per week dependant on workload)This ongoing part time role will be perfect for someone that has experience in Quality and Risk Management with exceptional organisational skills wanting to have a meaningful impact in the workplace.

The Position

The Quality & Risk Assistant reports directly to the Quality & Risk Manager, providing support to facilitate the continuous quality improvement plan within the organisation, including accreditation planning, implementation and evaluation ensuring the program supports the organisational strategic plan.

Responsibilities include internal auditing, assisting with patient experience survey evaluation and preparing quality statistics. Exceptional organisational skills are required to successfully complete tasks on a daily basis. In the short term the role will provide specific support in the Accreditation process.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated and ready and willing to take on tasks with enthusiasm.

The Position
